Live lavish on the 6th floor of the Patricia Grand resort! In this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom listing you’ll find sleeping arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and a full kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven and all the cookware you will need during your stay. Additionally, there is free WIFI and the resort has its own restaurant and lounge. Resort amenities include an indoor jacuzzi, indoor pool, lazy river, outdoor pool and a fitness center. **CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!
Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.
During Labor Day through Memorial Day (6/1/2021 – 9/2/2021) we require a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday through Saturday.
**CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**

Please note that outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates. Please advise.
